Daisy and I love going to this store even if we don’t need any pet supplies! The staff are super friendly always accommodating, full of experience and have a vast amount of knowledge on all the products. They are always willing to give advice but never pushing their products on me. They have made some suggestions but always allow me to make my own informed decisions. They give Daisy lots of cuddles and always make us both feel really welcomed, I just absolutely love going there, the service is superb and would give them 10 Stars ️ if there was more available!

I love this store it is so well kept and organised staff amazing and my dog lady loves it!!
Good selection of goods - I look for cat collars, everything for my dog and hedgehog and even fox food. Found everything I needed. Also the staff are very friendly which makes it very enjoyable to visit.
Excellent customer service from Lucie, very helpful & makes you feel very welcome every time your in the store
It was quiet in there today, hand sanitiser pump by the door for hand cleaning, helpful staff and a surprising range of stuff on the shelf :-) I didn't realise they did fish stuff and since we just got a new tank I'm sure we'll be back :-)
