James has just done a brilliant job, cleaning some really filthy carpets at a rental property where the tenants never took off their boots. The original cleaners chosen by the agency got nowhere, but he sorted it. Cares about the detail too - he was individually removing little bits of blutack by hand. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I have used Proper Clean and Mr James Platt for years now to clean and bring back to life my carpets. My carpets are very expensive and it is important to me that the right person only cleans them. For me that is Proper Clean. As always James turned up on time and was very efficient setting up and getting started. Proper Clean thoroughly cleaned the carpets from top to bottom. I can't recommend Proper Clean enough - having used them many times in the past, I would not use any other company now.
