I was moving house and my sale was delayed and had to store my things here. One of the employee Ellen was amazing she figured out the size of the storage unit I needed and helped me store my things safely and locked it up too she basically saved my life and my possessions. She was extremely professional helpful and patient. Would recommend this place again 10/10 Once again thank you Ellen

This company is maybe not the cheapest at first sight but looking back it was money well worth spending. Access 24/7 without fuss was absolutely great. (Other companies charge extra for this.) We were impressed with the security set-up. The units are clean, safe and the building seems well maintained. All our stuff was dry and and in good condition when we removed it. We didn't need the staff very often, but when we did they were always helpful and professional. Setting up the arrangement with Scott was easy. Monthly bill were sent via email well in advance of the direct debit date. Terminating the renting agreement was easy. I informed Scott a few weeks in advance but couldn't give him a precise date. All no problem as you are only charged for the days you are actually using the facilities. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
I've used this facility many times over the years for various house moves mostly, the staff are always, consistently, very helpful and friendly. The units are perfectly clean and dry and access to both the units themselves and the building is very straight forward and hassle free. I always go for 24 hour access so I can come and go anytime. There are storage facilities closer to me but I always choose Eastleigh. I would highly recommend , 5 stars all round!
The service received was exceptional. The storage unit was as described, easy to access and all managed efficiently. The staff went above and beyond to assist me. I could not have asked for better service.
This was the first time that we had used Ready Steady Store and we are so glad that we did. Right from first contact with yourselves we were treated courteously and honestly. We really couldn’t ask for more Social distancing was adhered to, face masks were worn and sanitiser was supplied to keep us safe. Your staff at Eastleigh were very obliging in particular a big thank you to Scott for his time and attention is ensuring that everything went okay for us. Scott explained how things worked and I really must say that he is a credit to your team. Thank you again everyone at Eastleigh
