This morning was a great experience. I have always loved Robert Days but Emily on the till was chatty and friendly as I returned an item and bought some light bulbs for a very reduced price. Thanks Emily. I'll be back.

The staff is very helpful and polite, especially Bill. Bill took a lot of time trying to find a blender for me that was out of stock online. He could not find it in the stockroom at the back of the shop, but he did not give up. He checked the stock in other shops and even made a couple of phone calls to the other shops. Finally one of the shops had the blender and Bill ordered it for me. They called me a few days later to pick it up. I was very impressed with the effort he made! I will definitely be shopping at Robert Dyas in Eastleigh again.
