I love this salon. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails eyebrows or eyelashes lifts. The staff are all friendly the owner takes the time to Remember her customers names. I have never had a bad experience in the salon. Had my nails and a eyelash lift today and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I have only gone here for my eyebrows for over a year and will now only get my nails done here. :)

AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS! My friend and I had eyelash extensions and they fell out the next day. Even after not getting them wet for 24 hours as advised. After ringing and complaining the rude owner was argumentative and refused a refund or any form of reconciliation. The staff are unprofessional, use cheap products and cut corners. I also had top lip waxing and the skin was not held correctly resulting in a blistering rash. I have many beauty treatments and this has never happened. Disgusting!

My last visit had one of the staff members roll her eyes when the manager mentioned her to another customer. I don't think you should have a shellac pedicure and start with one beautician and then another beautician takes over. I don't think the first beautician should start whispering to another member of staff who is working on my toes. There are some amazing members of staff here but I have certainly clocked one who is totally unprofessional. The prices are similar to those in Chandlers Ford and this is now a back up salon rather than my preferred choice. I also feel the manager is a little abrupt with her staff. The shellacs I have had done have always lasted and looked lovely.

Really lovely friendly salon..... Excellent results beautiful eyebrow signature special well worth 20.00..... Cluster eyelashes look amazing..... Will defiantly be a regular here.

Had nails infilled with acrylic was badly hurt round my cuticles with the drill as don’t think tech know how to use it. Cuticle are still raw after nearly week and half. The acrylic is so thick they look false but what’s worse the shellac polish that I paid extra for just been able to peel it of. I doubt it’s real polish. Really disappointed will never go back I feel the beautician was not qualified in her job.

First time using this salon, it was a great experience. Tried their signature facial and was cautious since I have problematic skin but everything they used was gentle! No harsh chemicals. Would recommend even if you have sensitive skin like me. Also their brow threading services are great! Will be visiting soon!

I received a 90minute pamper session as a birthday present and I have to say, it was awful. I had a full body massage but despite me telling the woman I like it firm as possible..she basically stroked me for an hour! There was no continuity with the massage either..she moved from one area to the next and then back again..taking her hands completely away to get more oil. The room was freezing as well but the worst thing was the mini facial I had after! The products were freezing cold, they felt cheap and despite me asking her to mind my eyelash extensions, she ended up slavering them in different creams and effectively ruining them! My skin didn’t even look any different! Honestly, don’t use this salon. It’s a rip off and the treatments I had were rubbish. Oh, and I’ve only given it one star as you have to put something! Zero stars would be much more fitting!
