Ordered from this company when I found them on Not On The High Street. Service through the site was quick and efficient, the personalised plate I received was great. After receiving the first item, I then ordered directly from their own website. Again service was efficient. I received direct emails, not just the automatic emails you receive after placing an order. The personalised bowls were exactly as they look on the website. Both orders were packed with plenty of bubble wrap, and arrived within the 1-3 days as advised.
