Receptionists very friendly and helpful. Doctors have a comparatively good manner, but then the demands on their time are very high. Very quick phonecall response from a GP for my call regarding an ear infection. Better than many other practices I've used. Dr Revill is good, can't speak for any others.

Complete and utter joke. Rudest receptionist ever, will happily have you wait 45 mins past the apointment time in the reception, but dare you be even 3 minutes late you will have to rebook and be told off like a child about the doctors valuable time and how it isnt hard to be on time lol. The irony. Since changing doctors surgery I no longer feel like a hypochondriac, have had several long stay ding issues diagnosed and treated, and aslo it turns out real gps worth there money dont just look up your symptoms in a large book and take a stab at what it might be.

It's hit & miss who you get as a doctor at this practice. Some are quite good and others I now avoid due to them being dismissive. I had one GP who kept dismissing my symptoms & issues and because I refuse to accept dismissive behaviour I pushed. Luckily one GP did help & was concerned, and sent me off for testing. It was through sheer dumb luck that I found a GP at this practice who believed me enough to send me for testing, or I'd more than likely be dead from ovarian cancer. Unfortunately if you have a chronic condition they tend to zero in on that, even if your issue is not related to your chronic condition. I know they are busy and there's so many patients to see, the pressure is incredible. But it's nearly negligent if you insist on being myopic. There has been a considerable improvmenet in the reception staff. Nurses are fab. I would say 2 GPs at the practice are very good/excellent, 2 are average, and 2 I refuse to see.
