The whole process of registering, attending appointments and settling the account was so straight forward, efficient and a pleasure too! St Francis's staff are a cheerful crowd where nothing is an issue! They offer flexibility, a range of appointments, and are unflustered by patient changes. It is a pleasure to be a new patient. As for COVID - they clearly make sure the safety of patients and staff is addressed at every turn! That said, you'd hardly notice their efforts as the staff efficiently manage the precautions without being overly procedural or intrusive - they get on with it and deliver! THANK YOU!

Very happy with my latest visit. The Covid protocols were excellent: called from my car on arrival; temperature check and sanitiser before entry; seperate exit; lots of clear barriers in the reception area; and the treatment room was spotless - it felt really safe to me. All the staff were very friendly as usual and my check-up was thorough.

I love this practice! All the staff from Dentists to receptionists are very polite and the service is first class. The practice is so clean and I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem here.

My hygeinist visit went brilliantly. I felt safe, didn't have to wait long, and everyone is extremely friendly. The visit didn't take more than 30 minutes, and my teeth feel great afterward.
