I was initially nervous about leaving my old surgery to join Stokewood. I needn't have worried. Nearly 4 years in and the poor souls having to deal with multiple chronic illnesses, Stokewood and all their staff have been incredible and so helpful. Just wow! Can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely great surgery. Friendly prompt and caring service and always timely appointments when really needed. Very rare in that it also has a smaller surgery at the bottom of the hill for people who cannot get to the main surgery. Very sorry to be leaving due to house move.

Saw Mandy this afternoon for routine blood test. As always with this surgery was welcomed with a smile & greeting. Completely professional but also friendly. ️ Since being transferred here I have nothing but praise for your professionalism, excellent organisation & friendly atmosphere. Also thanks for the ‘back room’ staff who keep things ticking over, plus the cleaner who must work hard keeping the place looking immaculate. All much appreciated. Carol Rowe

I have always boasted about Stokewood surgery, telling everyone how lucky we are with everything but not anymore. I and others cannot get through on the telephone, the response suggested sending an email. I did that and have been waiting a week for a response, or an acknowledgement. I know it is a busy time but when we have been referred back to the GP it us worrying not to be able to get through xx
