Ordered via Just Eat. Delivery expected 6.25. By 7.30, I called, no answer. Kept trying to call, but no answer. Used the Just Eat chat, and they wouldn't give a refund as they said Taroka had already started preparing our meal. Looked a bit deeper, and the company has been dissolved at Companies House (Company Number 08161229). Looks to me as if they were in severe financial difficulty and have left the company to be struck off by its creditors due to unpaid debts. BUT, somehow they are still trading (one might suggest illegally). Essentially, they've stolen money from me, and many others who have ordered and not received their meals (based on their Google Reviews). DO NOT place an order with Takora. It will not arrive. Instead, take your cash, and flush it down the toilet. You'll get more for your money that way.

Saw many bad reviews about this place but wanted to give them a chance. Sadly wish I hadn’t now, missing food just like many reviews said. Feel like they do this on purpose and hope people won’t complain and just move on. Shame because the food was very nice but as other reviews say there’s no point contacting them for the missing bits to be delivered as they won’t answer. Won’t be coming back.
Food was all cold even tho we're just down the road. Was also late. So disappointed. Such a shame as so tasty but couldn't eat it cold.

Absolutely disgusting! Placed an order at 5pm with an estimated delivery of 6:05pm. Arrived at 6:45pm and the order was incomplete, it had one of the main meals missing. When I called for an explanation I was told “These things happen, it’s a mistake”! After much back & forth over what they were willing to do (refused a refund on the dish, refused any extra dishes by way of an apology) they sent out the missing meal! When it arrived, the container was piping hot but the dish inside was warm at best. The entire order all looked the same, was all completely tasteless, the poppadoms were soft & soggy & the onion Bhajis literally had oil dripping through the bottom of the bag! I would avoid ever ordering from this shambles of a take away. The staff are rude, the customer service is basically non existent & the food is absolutely vile, never had an Indian meal so bad! Never using them again!
