Feel compelled to write a review having visited this surgery on numerous occassions without a single issue, extremely professional outfit and very helpful whenever I have popped in, without an appointment just to ask a quick question. It seems my own surgery has become victim to a tiradfe of negative feedback left by unhappy patients. I am sure there are many happy patients out there who have used this surgery who outnumber the unhappy customers 100 to 1. Please leave a review for the doctors and nurses who work so hard at this surgery when things go well, not just when things go sour.

Appalling. Rude, obnoxious and ignorant front counter staff. You would be better to travel out of Chandlers Ford if you want some medical assistance. This place will certainly raise your blood pressure to dangerous levels.

They will not answer the phone. If you go there, the waiting room is almost empty and still they don't answer!! Very annoying to have to be late for work to make an appointment. They refuse to give you referrals even though it is suggested by doctors in A&E. Dr Hague is totally incompetent, but he will be ok he thinks he is brilliant. Heaven forbid you need a specialist! BUDGET BEFORE PATIENTS! This the moto Absolutely disgusted! Stay as far away as you can!!
