A lovely place to visit. Warm, clean, lovely welcoming local business. I have had my nails done many times and massages and they put you at ease and treat you like you are a princess. It is relaxing and calming and Verity and Charlotte will always put your needs first. My daughter has been here too for a pamper party, nails and waxing and massages. They really are a top team and I would highly recommend The Pink Room .

Such a lovely salon and team. They make me feel so welcome each time I go. Verity gives such a professional service with all her treatments and I come away so happy with the results. Always reassuring and gives the best advice after any treatments. They always manage to help fit my appointments in around my schedule and last minute if they can. Very grateful each time I go. Highly recommend using these ladies!!!

I have used the Pink Room since it opened and have always found both Verity and Charlotte welcoming. It’s always a lovely experience from start to finish and I have always been happy with both my beauty and hair treatments. Charlotte has always been wonderful with my daughter who has SEN and been patient when cutting her hair. The salon is a little gem in Fair Oak and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The prices are reasonable and the services exceptional. Thanks girls x

I love going to The Pink Room in Fair Oak. Both Verity and Charlotte are fabulous at listening to what I would like and making sure that I’m happy with the results. I used to travel miles to my old hairdresser in Outer London as I hadn’t found or trusted anyone with my hair down here. I had been going to Verity for beauty for a few years and as soon as I met Charlotte and saw the care and attention she gave to each client, I knew she would look after me. I’ve not looked back since and couldn’t imagine anyone else cutting my hair now. As for Verity, she is highly talented at what she does and I love spending time getting beautified by her. Even better is that she makes you feel completely at ease, actually they both do, and I always feel 110% better after seeing Verity.
