I purchased a BMW 5 series Tourer from Colin, Andy and Mike two weeks ago, the day after I took it home I noticed something wasn't right with the rear suspension so they authorised me to take it to Partridge BMW to have it sorted out without any quibble or hesitation! They are decent honest guys that have absolutely bent over backwards to help me and get it sorted. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Had another issue (caused by BMW Mechanics) and Andy completely changed his plans and went above and beyond to collect me, lend me a courtesy car and drop me back to my car without any notice - these guys really know how to look after their customers. Outstanding service!!

Great local car dealer. 5 stars Bought a VW Golf for my daughter Nov 2020 from Mike at Small Car Company, which from previous experiences of buying cars at other dealers was an absolute pleasure. Not only the buying process but the after sales was unreal. We found that the car had a small coolant leak after driving for 2 days, made one phone call and was advised to drop car off when suitable for me for them to look at. Picked the car up with this issue repaired and was advised that they had replaced the Cam belt as well as it was not 100% this was all at no cost to myself.

Very difficult times to buy a car and we really needed a new one having just had a recent addition to the family. Mike and the team provided us with an excellent virtual viewing and the click and collect system was flawless. It's a new experience buying a car like this but we were put at ease and the warranty package elivated and doubts we could have had. All round brilliant service and relief to be able to buy a new care easily and most importantly safely in these uncertain times. Cheers.

I found a car at the small car company that fitted exactly what I was after. The car was very reasonably priced in comparison to what was available through other dealerships. It was actually slightly cheaper for a higher spec than others. Before buying from them I read through all the reviews on multiple sites and I have to admit, some of the other reviews you have to take with a pitch of salt. I had a really good experience with these guys! I can’t fault them at all. I sold my old car to we buy any car and Rod came to pick me up from the office (about 20 minutes away) without complaint. There really is no pressure on you to buy and it’s quite a laid back feeling which did put me at ease. The car came with a full HPI report and warranty. I really can’t fault the guys having dealt with Mike, rod and Colin separately. I’m over the moon with my car and it was spotless when I picked it up. Their advert for the car didn’t really do it justice. I hope I get the chance in the future to buy from you again! Cheers guys 10/10 5*!

Found a BMW 420 convertible on auto trader at a decent price. Gave them a call. Decent initial sales service and contact back. Even drove the car to my property for a test drive so was initially very happy with the level of service. However this is where it started to fall into the cliche 2nd hand car experience. Upon inspecting the car it wasn’t as pristine as promised with some scratches on the bumper (but I let it slide without haggle as I still liked the motor) then when I asked for the BMW booklets I get a load of flannel about Bmw not issuing them any more (yet when I challenge to look in the glove box it is there). At this point I’m not that bothered as I kind of expect this from a car salesman. But then I find out the 2nd key fob advertises and promised isn’t there. (My fault as I should have checked before paying) I take him at his word that he will send up to me 2 MONTHS AGO!!!!! I have politely emailed a nudge every Monday asking for an update but without any success. I’m now going to have purchase one and take to court to recover my costs. On balance the car is in good condition and was sold for a fair price but if you are looking or expecting any sort of aftercare service then this won’t be the place for you based on my experience. Happy to amend if they recover this situation quickly.
