I have been using vanity lounge now for at least 5 years and never once have I been let down or disappointed with the service and quality of the cut , infact I dont even bother to looking in the mirror when nikki shows me the back of my head because I know it will be on point everytime!

I think the attitude of the person I spoke too was appalling, they messed up my appointment months ago and now I finally have it and they mess it up again and tell me it was not there fault then said they are fully booked today and when i mentioned how unhappy i was, I was told 'we cant suck a space out of thin air'. Disgusting attitude towards clients.
I bought a voucher through Groupon for a friend and the receptionist was extremely rude to her. They keep messing her around for her appointment and she has had to make special arrangements to actually redeem the voucher. the receptionist told my friend that she had got the appointment wrong and that they cannot \just pull an appointment out of thin air\... horrid customer service will definitely not recommend.
