Had a holiday booked, decided after reading reviews that this wasn’t the best we could have chosen. Briefly spoke to a member of staff about changing it and good to go. Unfortunately, their website crashes while in there and I had to go back the next day. I met with Sarah and she amended our booking, she was patient, helpful and just lovely. Highly recommend speaking/discussing holiday ideas with her. Thank you!
