After complaining about the guttering sprouting growth in November and being told that they only clean the guttering on a building when notified, whereas on the information board it says they check it every two weeks, 4 months on I am still no closer to having our guttering cleaned. Absolute disgrace of a management company that obviously have no idea what they are doing and lie about it!

I act on all matters to do with my parents’ accommodation rented from Vivid Homes and would thank all staff who have always dealt with any questions straight away and if they are unable to help, the person I speak to either gets back to me with an answer or finds the member of staff who can give information. Nat always any easy job I expect but thank you.
Sometimes good but alot of the time bad. When first moved in got told all the wrong information so ended up in rent arrears in the first month, been constant repairs needed doing since due to property not being checked over properly. Nearly 9months in this property and still issues. Had an appointment for a socket to be fixed and they haven't shown. 4 young children in the house and 5 days later still without hot water and heating due to boiler going wrong which should have been done within 1-2 days... Absolutely ridiculous
Absolutely useless staff on the phone, they dont speak to one another so you have to explain your situation over and over again to who ever is on shift. They basically dont take responsibility over there properties or tenants. We have given up on our problem over weeks/months of waiting and will rectify it ourselves.
A laughing joke.I thought that First Wessex were bad,Vivid is even worse.Report repairs,nothing gets done.Get lied to repeatedly,by housing officer,so-called surveyors.
