Friendly staff and you can always get good deal with Vodafone.
Stood in the shop for ages, no one was interested in asking if I needed any help. Two members of staff working, one was with a customer, the other standing in the middle of the shop with his hands behind his back. Eventually I asked him if he could show me the particular phone that I was ‘so obviously’ looking for. He pointed and said ‘over there’, I said ‘where’ and again he didn’t move, just said ‘over there’. I said ‘thank you for your help’ and walked out, he said ‘you are welcome’ I certainly won’t be getting my next phone from Vodafone Eastleigh! Do these advisors not want customers?
Small branch with few staff. Long wait for service but excellent once seen.
I had to use the Vodafone Shop in Eastleigh as I had was staying in the area and I had lost my phone and needed a new one. Steve the manager was so helpful and knowable that he was able to sort out a new phone for me and answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend
