I am Romanian citizen and I work P.A. from 2016 for the same person. December last year they solicited my documents. How mI.D. it was lost, I sent them a document from the embassy ( whit photo ) and my NIN. After few months, because they lost my files, they asked again my documents, in this time my embassy document it was expired. In conclusion, on 15 June they sent to my employer a letter announcing the fact that they gonna stop paying me from. ..3 June! I am sure that this is not legal

As an employee (currently) of this organisation, I have to disagree with Peter's comments about WHCCG charging for care. It's actually the exact opposite. West Hampshire CCG FUNDS FNC and CHC patients with a primary health need. That said, I do agree that the management of this company is shockingly bad, and the higher it goes the worse it is. They continually flip flop from one bad decision to another and back again. They also seem to have no concept of how to utilise their staff effectively and if you show an aptitude for something, it seemingly gets ignored as all they want is bums on seats processing applications. Sadly, the blame cannot all be laid at WHCCG's door. Hampshire County Council are equally ineffective and their Social Workers continually cancel meetings at the last minute, which means the West Hants admin staff then have to make multiple phonecalls to apologise to family and then try and rearrange a meeting, which leads to longer and longer delays in actually being able to determine eligibility and provide funding. All in all, an extremely ineffective service on both parts.

Totally unsatisfied with their treatment of my son I feel totally let down and they took over, forget about the family, no they do not matter, it is all about what Money they can get out of their clients that matters, disgusting!!!!
