Hypnosis with Claire has been utterly amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect and she instantly made me feel welcomed, relaxed and reassured about the process. Claire gave me the sense that she had all the time in the world for me, no need to rush! I first visited Claire at a very low point and almost instantly I felt better, the weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I walked into her room broken and walked out with my head held high, looking forward to getting on with life! Throughout the hypnosis I was fully aware and in control of my responses. For me it was like being wrapped up in a warm, protective blanket; the most relaxed I have ever been. I highly recommend Claire, you have nothing to loose and everything to gain.
