Have a bad experience with other title pawns not understanding the process and all. I felt like there were just pushing money out of the door, but the girls at Titlemax, Jennifer, Jimeka & Shyanne made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into the door until I left out of their office. I was satisfied with the customer service and humanity.
I came in on Saturday at 3:55 Jennifer was kind and took care of me and another customer we was in the office until 5:15 but we was both able to leave with the money we needed due to her staying after hours she definitely needs a raise , you wont find employees like her I hope yall take good care of her
Had an awesome experience at Titlemax in Eastman. The ladies made me feel comfortable and inviting. Jennifer and Jimeka both interacted with me while I was conducting business making me feel as if I mattered or that they were really interested in what I had going on. I would recommend Eastman Titlemax for them professional with me while providing the best customer service when it comes to business!!!
