Highly unprofessional. Does not listen to you. Hangs up on you when you are in the middle of talking. Constantly interrupts you while you are speaking. I highly do not recommend!

If you are looking for an agency with true insurance professionals then Cooke Agency is the place for you. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. They dont BS you. Their goal is to teach you about insurance and make sure you're covered for every aspect of your life.

Was very disappointed in what their home owners insurance covered. My 88 year old mother has used State Farm for more years than I can remember and when she had a claim they were less then helpful. She had a leak while out of town which caused her basement to flood. To make a long story short she was compensated for less than 30% of what it cost to replace drywall, ceiling, and carpeting. What a disappointment.
