The company is very easy to work with and the cost for the interlock installation and monthly fee for it is manageable. Terry has helped me through my 1 yr session and made getting through the process less stressful than it already was. Definitely recommend this location. Fast, easy, simple.

Terry Blair is one of the nicest people to deal with when it comes to something that nobody wants to go through. He provides great customer service as well as a overall understanding, caring person that I can truly call a friend. No one wants to need the services of an Interlock company. Things happen and good people make bad mistakes. Terry Blair, the technician at the Easton location has been wonderful from the beginning. I had an out of state device and there were, of course, complications from that situation. Terry handled it with ease, even when he was new to the company. He has always been gracious, easy to work with, and completely competent in his work. My first meeting with him was riddled with complications (not his fault) that caused me to be stuck at the office for several hours. Terry went so far as to offer me and my daughter his own lunch that day. This is indicative of the level of service and dedication he always brings to his job. This organization is lucky to employ him.
As much as I haven't loved having to have an interlock, Terry has been the best! Professional, personal and friendly. I'm actually going to miss our little meetings!
