By far a very excellent restaurant. I have tried other local Peruvian, and Columbian restaurants but El Chasqui tops them all. Down to earth place to enjoy a delicious Peruvian or Columbian meal. The flavors are on the spot and dont forget the desert, which is very good as well.

I have been living in easton for 3 years and have only just tried this restaurant, and I was so impressed. I was not expecting an entire fish! But it tasted amazing. The sides were great, and the guacamole was just how I liked it. Cannot recommend this place more.

I absolutely LOVE places like this! I don't really know what anything is on the menu, but it all tastes amazing. Peruvian Stir Fry with Rice, French Fries, Onions, Tomato, and steak. Yum! They also have those HUGE Columbian Platters with every chorizo, pork, steak, fried eggs, rice, and plantains. So huge and so good. I also saw quite a few people get the rotisserie chicken, which look fabulous. The sweets looked great too, but I was beyond stuffed. Oh, and whatever you get, ask for the green/white sauce on the side. No idea what it is, but it should be on everything! And don't miss out on their house made juices. The mango juice is a perfect companion to any meal.

Visited for the first time today. Great prices and tons of food that is full of flavor with every bite. The food was delicious! Happy to find good latin food close to home. It's such comfort food. Can't wait to go back.

I had a really wonderful seafood soup here! This place was excellent, even though the A/C was broken the day we were there. The service was excellent too, and the place had a steady stream of customers. We'll definitely go back.

If I can give them lower than that, I’ll definitely would. When the food is so salty and when it’s not salty, it’s unflavored. I’ll prefer to eat dog food over this food. The staff was so mean and one of the girl roll her eyes at me.

Plantain paradise! Great value, 7 lunch special, a full bowl of today's soup, quarter chicken, plantains Yucca and more. Highly recommend
