I had an appointment scheduled, receive a call an earlier opening was available. Arrived, very professional but personable receptionist greeted me at the door.. informed her of the problems. Within ten minutes problem was solved, hearing aids were working like new and walking out the door. Very satisfied. Highly recommend their service

Everyone and everything was superb. Very personable, cared about what you had going on in your life outside of the appointment you’re there for. Felt like family almost. Very knowledgeable about the different instruments they’re prescribing for you and always leave the choices up to you. I’m never disappointed going there!
Found two very friendly and helpful people during my first visit which made me want to return when I need hearing aid support. Definitely a 5-star experience!
It was awful. The building burned down with my hearing aid in it and the provider basically told me that it was my fault for not picking it up fast enough. Then I was told there was no record of me so I was just lucky that he remembered me.....not too lucky though because he didn't help me.
This promotion from the national office of Hearing Life is a scam if you already have hearing aids. Based on the letter I got and the promise of services, I went in to have my hearing checked, my Siemens hearing aids cleaned, checked. I was told that they don't deal with Siemens. They deal with/work on/sell only a particular brand. So, I walked out. Just BEWARE.
They took their time and did a complete exam. Did not do a hard sale. Continued courtesy in spite of turning down hearing aids.
