Customer service is good but my phone hasn’t had service for over a month and they tried to help fix the service but nobody could they supposedly fixed it one day and I went to go pay my bill and the next day it had no service again so basically I just paid 50 for nothing !! in general metro PCs DO NOT RECOMMEND TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE DEFINITELY TELLING MY WHOLE FAMILY TO SWITCH !

me and my boyfriend came in looking to do the bogo on iphone 7, but the person they had working today (Donna) was such a sweetheart and helped us with the bogo since my boyfriend already has metro and it wouldnt work for us but told us to come back before his bill is due to get the numbers swapped around, Donna was such a delight to have helping us and i would love to be able to give more than 5 stars just for how her customer service skills were!!
