I LOVED my experience with Lisa. We did an IPL facial and mole removal. She made both treatments as comfortable as possible and talked to me a lot about care for my particular skin issues, both treatments she can perform and things I can do for myself. The office is very professional and comfortable, beautifully decorated and has an adorable doggy that would make anyone melt! I love that the website allows you to book appointments and know what the costs are, it makes being able to plan these treatments so do-able! I was so happy and comfortable here and cannot wait to come back for additional enhancements, thank you Lisa!

I had an appointment at 3pm today. I showed up 10 minutes early and the door was locked. I tried knocking no answer. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered. After waiting for 15 minutes I decided to leave. I drove 35 minutes to get there and then had to drive another 35 minutes to go back home. A complete waste of time. I planned my entire day around my appointment i was so excited to finally get a facial. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service. I will be attempting to trade in my groupon.

Linda is awesome, I recommend her and her treatments 100%. She is very honest when you ask her detailed information about the entire process, she will not truck you into doing things just to sell. She is also very friendly and fun, easy to feel comfortable with after a couple minutes.
