They were thorough and honest. Very knowledgeable and tons of experience with doing inspections. Was a bit reserved at first about a female inspector being able to handle what most would consider to be a males job but I was pleasantly surprised. Jill went through all the crevice and corners without issues. Identified and explained what was happening throughout and the report was just as detailed and timely. To top it all off you get a binder with helpful resources and maintenance tips. Excellent service!
