I've been going to this Quest since 2000 and because I'm diabetic I'm required to test every 3 months. That's a lot of visits in 17 years. Only once did I have a problem! I find the techs very good at what they do and again only once were they not able to get my blood. As far as the other reviewer regarding HIPPA violations, did you ever think you could sign in with a dummy name and they would call it? Poor excuse for giving a negative review. I set appointments so I don't have to wait. I would not go any other place!

Unreal. I went in to take my son for routine labs. I had the prescription and insurance cards on my iPhone and have presented either my phone or an email (fwd) in order to accomplish the communication needed at other DRs offices. Some grouchy lady was behind the desk and I offered her a cheerful "good morning". She replied with a grunt and a scowl. I then told her who I was, who my son was, and what we were there for. "Where is your insurance card and prescription?". I said "I have it on my phone, I can forward it to you". She then proceeded to tell me that an email "couldn't work" and that without a piece of paper "right now" that they "can't" do labs. I offered to go home and print after a reschedule and she had no idea what an PDF or attachment from a DRs office was. I tried to explain and was cut off with more "can't" answers. I don't understand how someone with such a lack of soft skills is at the desk for first impressions. I will not consider this location or company in the future. This has been a completely avoidable situation and there are many fresh college graduates coming out of Medical Office training that should be considered for this type of position.

Serious HIPPA violations such as calling out people's first and last names. Other quest locations have never done that, but this one does.
