They are was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Bobbie (the staff I worked with directly) explained everything to me in regards to what needed to be fixed on my necklace and charm. She was welcoming and they take pride in the work that they are able to do. My pieces were fixed in a timely manner and I would certainly recommend Sacks Jewelers to anyone in need of repairs or beautiful fine jewelry.

I brought them 2 watches that I needed batteries replaced, and they were knowledgeable and professional. One of the watches is an odd one from Belarus but they had no issue taking care of it. Nice place!
