Its always a hit or miss at this location. I always ask for a specific amount of sauces, and never do I get what I asked for. I always have to hold up the drive thru to check my order, and always have to ask for more. Tacos always look like they were thrown together, and are all over the place.

I don’t usually accept deliveries from Taco Bell because of the long wait times, but if it’s not late at night I can go up to this window and usually have it within 5-10 minutes. The other day I rang the bell and waited a couple minutes while one girl walked right passed the window without acknowledging that I was even there. I was going to give 1 star but the girl that finally did come to the window was surprisingly very nice. There was a guy that I think was the manager that was going into the building as I was getting the order and he was also really nice to me. Good customer service is very rare at a fast food place anymore so for that reason they get a good rating.
The woman at the drive up window was absolutely unprofessional when I rang the bell and asked to purchase a Mountain Dew Baja frozen drink. She was rude and annoyed because I pushed the bell a second time after a staff member walked by me and ignored the fact that I was standing in the pouring rain. I was told “YOU DON’T HAVE TO ring the bell twice.” I said I only rang it because the other employee walked by and ignored me. So I thought maybe it did t ring. She refused to help me and said the window was closed because the dining room would soon be opening. I said so you can’t help me she said no. So I go to the drive-through I order the drink with a spoon pay for it with a gentleman that was on the register who was the most pleasant person ever. I get to the delivery window and there she is handing me the frozen drink without a spoon. I told her I asked for a spoon let me see if we have any she said. Comes back laughing hysterically we don’t have any spoons. Way to go alienate customers real class act. I’m so sorry for everyone else who has the right attitude and works with Attila the Hun. I don’t go to Taco Bell and now I’ve been reminded why.
First time I did an online order and everything was fine, Got up to the speaker confirmed my name and order and then the gentleman then had me go wait upfront by the window. Took a decent amount of time for order to come out. As he was handing me my order I asked for extra fire sauce he said absolutely now with my online order i had asked for 6 to begin with. As i got all the way home and I had no fire sauce packets.
This Taco Bell has been in Easton since the early 90's. Every time you go they act like they just opened and have no idea how to treat you or make anything on the menu! I despise that it is the only Taco Bell around for miles, because if there were other franchises closer to my endeavors I would never return to this location. The original Taco Bell that was there was torn down and rebuilt with even less parking than before!!!!! The pictures before you are supposed to be a steak burrito with extra sour cream! I don't know if the school system failed these people or they are impaired in some shape or form. Because my burrito had chicken and lots of guacamole, which isn't even the color of sour cream. Oh and on Friday nights the drive thru becomes gridlocked like rush hour in New York.
Taco Bell I like their food specially I like to get their 5 box and and it's good that they change it all the time don't have the same thing

The girl working the drive thru window on the pay here area is insanely rude, won't be coming back here ever again. No one should have to deal with that.
