I had a really good experience with a phone screen replacement. They were very quick, once the part arrived it was a couple of hours to fix. They have a set schedule of prices to correct many phone hardware issues. They call to let you know when the phone is ready to pickup and will let you know in advance an estimate of the time. They provided a 90 day service warranty.

Awesome team with great morals. Had a problem with my PS4, they analyzed it in a minute, cleaned it up for me, charged me nothing and asked me to go to a place nearby to buy the part needed and it worked. Honest people!

Omg horrible experience, I was told to bring my phone in to have it flashed because I could not get my watch hooked up to my Verizon service on my phone. A REALLY LONG STORY. I made an appointment through Samsung. I arrived (using my Google maps on my phone) on time. The guy tried a few things and took my phone in the back. Congress back out and hands me my phone and says.... I cannot get it past this screen..... SERIOUSLY I WALKED OUT WITH MY PHONE IN WORSE CONDITION. His response was to go get a new phone. Are you kidding me? I had to call Verizon and have them send me a new phone which I didn't get until TUESDAY and I was traveling. On Monday I got an email grin them stating we're sorry you missed your appointment.... guy didn't even mention I was there!!!!
