I love how they have it set into 2 areas. 1 side for Lab work (blood work, urinalysis, etc.) & 1 side for Imaging, mammo's, CT scan etc.) Chk in was very quick & waiting wasn't long at all, even with a full wait area. I've been here multiple times over the last 25 years. Every person I was with was friendly & escorted me to the correct area I was to go. I'm physically disabled & have to use a scooter to navigate the hallways. Everyone was accomodating to me. Can't say enough positive things, especially since the update of the building. Thank you to all of the volunteers and nurses who greet u & check u in. Bless you all.

It would be great if I could actually get someone to schedule a PET Scan! I keep being told a specific person handles the scheduling. I have called and left messages numerous times with no call back. Funny thing is each time I’m transferred to someone, it’s a different person..

I just came from a visit to the Diagnostic Center for a mammogram and felt compelled to comment. First, the decor is beautiful! I wish I could find out who did the black & white artwork in the waiting rooms. My appointment was for 9:30 and I was out of there by 9:35. It was a very pleasant experience.

I visited the Diagnostic Center 3 weeks ago. My service was prompt and the mammogram tech was very professional and thorough. I really enjoyed the decor of the breast center and how much it has improved since last year when it was under construction. I would highly recommend the Diagnostic Center.

Trish, Faith and Coleen in the blood work lab are awesome. Please give them all a raise. My daughter normally requires Doppler to give blood because her veins are all collapsed and damaged. We were both very upset to be referred to the wrong type of lab. Trish and Faith took my daughter in a private room and got her calmed down. After carefully checking all of her veins, they were able to draw blood out of her foot, without the Dopler. Thank u all so much. You showed extreme patience and care, which is hard to find these days.
