Nice dog friendly village pub, they have a few themed food nights, for example Malasian food on Tuesdays; however, there are not too many vegitarian/vegan options which seems typical for many Suffolk pubs. Friendly staff and whilst a big place, it is sub-divided into many smaller cosy rooms, and had the fires going on a cold Febuary evening.

What a lovely village pub, food was amazing and service was spot on too. Answered all my emails promptly and courteously. Well set up with covid controls. Can't wait to visit again.
The Sunday Roast was legendary and the veggies were superb. Beer was a bit disappointing as unfortunately places serving good food seem to think their clientele will only be interested in wine I hope this changes soon. However, we were so impressed with the food and service that this place definitely deserves 5 stars.
What incredible food (I recommend the bangers and mash)
This is a lovely village pub, offering great food, friendly atmosphere and is beautifully furnished, and kept in pristine condition, without losing any of its heritage. Lovely inside and out.
