I had a queen size mattress delivered.they took my old mattress and said I needed wooden slats to support the mattress. They found what they needed in my garage and cut 4 slats for my bed! I told them they went above and beyond what I expected. Two kind, considerate, and professional men from Babcock’s. Thank you for your service!

This is the nicest and well-kept store with the biggest selection in Franklin County. I am actually very surprised to see so many options at the store. People that are complaining on here are too fancy (snobby) for Franklin County probably. We bought over 3000 in furniture within 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff is helpful and friendly. If it's in the store , it's usuallyfor sale and they will complete the sale, load you up and have you on your way quickly, if it's not in store it will ordered and shipped to the store for you ,,hard to go in and not come out with something new!

BOCC TSC Testing

Employees were very nice, however we had already purchased the grey sofa set on the showroom floor a month ago and went back today to purchase the tables and lamps we wanted to go with the couch, loveseat and two recliners bought earlier. Unfortunately, was told we couldn't buy what was on the floor that it would have to be ordered on a Wednesday and wouldn't be in until 3 days later on Saturday. We were at our beach house for the week but had to leave on Friday. Was told the Manager wasn't available to discuss taking other pieces today as you did not give the authority to staff or even considered calling the manager to perhaps discuss reordering to replace floor display. They were not willing to work with us at all. Bad decision, for we went to competitor just a few doors down and they were willing to work with us with similar pieces and lost out on a 800 purchase and they had free delivery to SGI as well. Just was not good business.
