Unprofessional. No organization within the court house. Clerk who answers phones is very rude and disrespectful. In the age of Zoom court hearings, this is the worst court in the lower east section of Michigan to deal with.

Had a scheduled court date this morning via zoom but the letter said notice to appear. so I showed up wouldn't let me in the building, so I called the court house to ask what to do because I've never done this before, the lady on the phone was as always rude!! So my case was probably thrown out because the city's negligence.. thanks so much eastpoint!

No one ever answers the phone when somebody did they had me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back I called again no answer
