I wish it were Zero stars!! What should have been a happy first home time buying experience has turned into a complete nightmare! Never got a final walk through before closing. Seller wrecked the house and the death smell and damage has left the house uninhabitable. Two months since closing still can’t move Into the home. Now lawyers must get involved because This agent is not making things right! There are a lot of agents around. Find one that cares and looks for long term clients not one that just want your money! Worst home buying experience ever!!!!

Most UNPROFESSIONAL company and \Broker\ I have EVER come across in my ten years in the real estate business. I sent my clients application in for review prior to setting up a showing since the client doesn't really have credit, didn't want to waste both of our time if the landlord wasn't going to approve them. No response to me sending their application over, instead Ken contacts my client directly to set up a showing. After the showing he tells my client they are approved and to come in Friday to pay the funds and sign the lease. She drives out to the office (2 hours from her house) to find out he has left for the day at 12:30. She is told to come back on Monday. She calls Monday to set up a time to sign the lease, but is told by Ken (who was EXTREMLEY RUDE) to call back tomorrow to make an appt for Wednesday.. he is too busy to even make an appointment. I called him to see if I can get this sorted out for her, to which he tells me that he is too busy, that I won't be getting a commission since I didn't show them the house, and just was far from helpful. I hear from my client today right before she is supposed to go sign the lease, and she said that Ken called her and told her that she is denied after all because her husband has a judgement on his record from over ten years ago!! Mind you this property is not in rent ready condition, needs the electrical box replaced, needs paint, has a broken window, and many other things that she was going to pay for OUT OF HER POCKET to fix. She is now homeless because her lease is up this weekend and she has already moved all of her belongings from North Carolina. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS AGENT OR RENT HIS HOMES!!!!!
