My boyfriend and I are moving up here for job relocation. I had scheduled a self-guided tour of an apartment. Amy was NOT helpful at all. She gave us a map and told us to call if we had any questions. When we went up to the apartment, it was a two bedroom. We had asked to look at a one bed. When I called her to clarify and make sure we were in the correct one, all she told me was that I was wrong. That it was not a two bed, as I was standing in the apartment, physically looking at both bedrooms. We went back to the office to see if we could figure out what was wrong and if we had perhaps gone to the wrong building or whatever was happening. She persisted that we were just wrong and that there was no way it was a two bed. My boyfriend had taken a video and everything. She wouldn't bother to look at it. We left after she got an attitude about it. I was not going to sit there and let her just talk to me the way she did. especially when I was the one trying to rent from her. NOT a good look when the office won't even help you find an apartment. Overall I'm extremely disappointed in this place. The location was really nice and I was really looking forward to choosing this place to live. But after Amy's attitude and unwillingness to assist, we decided to rent someplace else who was more than happy to value our time and money. Amy was very unprofessional and just flat out rude.

We have lived here for about 8 months now and it has been a great experience. There were a few noise issues with people in the theater room at late hours but cameras have recently been installed which has helped enforce the \quite hours.\ The management team as changed a few times since we have been here but they have all gone out of their way to get to know us on a personal level which is great. We did have a problem with a sprinkle leaking in our room but the maintenance team took care of it promptly. There are community events each month, which are great - we have met a decent amount of our neighbors at these events. There is a real sense of \community\ that comes with living at Eastside Flats. The location is great - there are a handful of restaurants and businesses in walking distance. The train station is also in walking distance, so it's super convenient to go into the city or to the stadiums. Would highly recommend stopping in and taking a tour if you are interested in living here. Rooms are updated and spacious and all have a washer/dryer in unit - huge selling point!

At first the building looks nice, but later on you will realize that pot-smoking teenagers are occupying most of the amenities every single evening so you won't want to use them anymore. Leaks will be in and out at your apartment with every single rain and their maintenance guy will try to cover it up with some lies, as he just not professional enough to deal with it. Train noise will drive you crazy at some point. Look for better managed apartments, there are plenty of options in the area

I have only been here for about a month, but I am already in love! The front office staff is really nice and remembers you, really wants to make sure you are doing okay. I enjoy being on Main Street in Malvern and you are really close to a lot of things. I have no complaints about noise, it is actually very quiet.
