I had bought my bike from the Redmond Microsoft campus and these guys were really helpful to claim my Shimano shifter warranty. Bike technician Jim is a great guy and they even opened to store to fix my bike on their holiday. They didn't try to unnecessarily sell parts and just replaced what was needed. Highly recommended for buying and servicing the bike.

Stopped in here because we couldn’t get day of rentals at a different place. The rental option was amazing, we went on Saturday, and instead of rushing to return that day or even having to do it Sunday- I relaxed and was able to return them on my lunch Monday! The employees were SO helpful and kind (checking out took a while) but only because a few issues came in at once- but everyone was SO kind and so pleasant through the wait. And we’re very apologetic Long story short, super easy rental with great pick up and drop off times. Amazing service, by knowledgeable employees! Thanks guys

I usually wax my own snowboard, but I decided to bring my board in for a full tuneup before the season begins. They did a phenomenal job on my board, they fixed a bunch of scratches on my base, and now it is completely ready for the season. I highly recommend them!

Writing this while leaving the shop now. . The owner of this shop is extremely nice. We recently got a bike and it didn't work out for us as we were looking for something different and this was the first time we went bike shopping and he was really helpful in understanding our requirements. I will definitely come back in the future.

Amazing customer service and great staff. I always rented my snowboards here and just recently bought a snowboard from them as well. I had an issue with the bindings and they fixed it immediately with no hassle. I would highly recommend these guys for snowsports service and I'm sure their bike services are just as amazing. Now that I have my own board I won't be renting from them anymore, but I will be sure to go to them for service in the future!
