Surrounding seas are treacherous at best, filled with uncharted reefs, nasty rocks, ravenous sharks and numerous unspeakable creatures from the deep. Endless gales blow from the wrong direction, perpetually on the nose of any imprudent mariner attempting to access this tormented hell of wind blown rock and thorny scrub brush. Need I mention the merciless pirates? Stay away!
