Awesome hike. We were heading for Turtleback peak but we took a wrong turn and ended up going to Ship Peak. It can still take you to Turtleback but roundabout way. We were very happy to have taken the detour because the views are breathtaking. It gets a bit steep at times, but it is so worth it. LOVE IT.

Great hike and AMAZING signage - potentially the best I’ve ever seen. The view from Mt Constitution is much more stunning BUT you can drive it. You’ll be sweaty and sore if you climb all the way from the South trailhead to the Waldon Overlook. We ran out of energy at that point.
