I've been here almost 5 months. I've never had an issue. Maintenance responds same-day. Never had a bug issue. My neighbors are a little noisy but it's an apartment on the first floor so that's to be expected. There's a lot of room and assigned parking which is very nice. Definitely recommended!

Military: Paid 200 for the carpets to get cleaned before moving out. Was told by the leasing office that they would have to replace 1 rooms carpet for stains that wouldn't come out. They don't charge for wear and tear, but after move out I was charged 750 because they replaced ALL the carpet even though 1 bedroom and the hallway was normal wear and tear. They would not deduct the 200 i paid to clean the perfectly good carpet to my final bill. They did not tell me they would replace ALL the carpet even though it was not needed and pass the charges onto me. Why can't I get in contact with anyone higher than the two people that work in the office? I won't be dealing with anymore Artcraft property. Predatory towards military, but most complexes are.

Great Maitnence team, pet friendly, love the space and that I have my own entrance and patio. In unit laundry is awesome. Responses from the office are very quick and I trust Maitnence in my home as they are good people. Have lived here years. Literally only deduct one star because I would prefer hardwood to the carpet and the buildings are a bit older so there’s a couple cosmetics that have came with an older building. All in all it’s a good spot to call home.

I love it here! Close to the oceanfront, shopping, great restaurants and grocery stores. The staff has been so helpful and friendly too!

Moved here in 2017, Eastwind was my home for 3 years. My very first apartment with my children. We enjoyed the room space in each room I'm going to miss my closet the most. Maintenance was pretty decent. Mr.Dennis was good to me anytime i need anything he waa very sweet. They took care of me when i needed anything. But i was also a good resident.. Fair winds Eastwind
