They are very professional and after training maintenance and follow ups are great
I’ve been dealing with them for like 10 years and tried all sorts of services they offer and all I can say it is a very commercial place that is too busy to take care of our pets.. there are far better options around.. this place is simply over rated. In a lot of cases I’ve seen how reckless and unprofessional they can be.. I highly recommend you avoid this place!
Its the only place where i put my Pekingese biys for boarding and trust that they are healthe, safe and very well taken care of, every bidy there is so nice but also knowledgeable, i highly recommend them for boarding, training and day use.
