If you’re thinking of buying a house in Sweetwater think again. The houses space the community area (docks, BBQ and pool) with the apartments. It’s like living in a roach infested drunk frat house here. Apartment residents are drunk at the pool/dock at 6:30 in the morning or staying up to 1:30 am screaming. Nightly. Read Sweetwater Apartments Facebook review for full details. Don’t move here. Not family-friendly at all!!!
