Kathy was AMAZING! If I could give her more then 5 stars I would. She was very patient with my husband and I. She also gave us her opinion about certain things but reminded us that the choice is ours. She was very knowledgeable and covered every alternative option available in our home. Her professionalism was extraordinary. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome & would recommend her 100%.

Worst experience with Eastwood homes. (unable to give her less than 1 star :( ......... ) Kathy Settlemyre ( Design Center Specialist) was not knowledgeable at all, she added options which we want to exclude and was not able to delete them from the system in first attempt. she had to try multiple times....... She entered 5 extra dollar for one option, when we asked her to remove she was looking at me like i am from Mars . She didn't like us at all. She deserves/need more training in computer applications and definitely in Customer Service. We asked her to add a note in our file about our choice of marble color selection but she refused. She won't add any note and want us to either take inferior color or buy an upgrade.....
