As far as baby stores go, this place is great. Products are generally well organized and staff is friendly. Not crowded at all in my experience.

I had a really really experience here.I had called to ask about a product and if it was in stock. They were super busy, but the employee took down my number and called me back as soon as she found it. I appreciated her help and being very genuine in calling me back. Went in the store and they had it on hold for me! Great experience.
No matter what time of the day, there is only one register open. Always takes me 20 minutes to check out. It is clear that this place doesn't want to pay for enough employees. I will say, however, the employees here are wonderful. I just blame their management for not having enough manpower.
Employees are always helpful but the time to check out of the store is always a bummer. There is usually only one register open and to me it seems like whenever i go in the line is at least 5-8 people long. Even though its farther for me to come to this store it is allways the first place i go to get my son anything from Diapers to a stroller. Can never go wrong with Babies"R"Us
If I could give this store a 0 star I would. Every time I have ever been the workers have been extremely rude. The first 2 times I was there were in store visits. The people working at the customer service get annoyed when working with customers and ignore, roll their eyes and huff and puff at the customers. It has happened to me as well as I have witnessed it to people in front of me. The third and final attempt at this store was when I made a phone call. I was calling in regards to ask a question about a return. I was put on hold for 10 minutes to then be told they can't help me and before I could ask who could help me they hung up. When I called back to ask the question I was hung up on again. When you ask for a manager (Keisha) it gets even worse! They talk back to you and have quite the rude attitude. The store is extremely dirty and the I feel bad for any decent human who does actually work there. Buy Buy Baby right down the road is much cleaner and EVERYONE I have ever encountered there has been over the top nice and excited to help! Take your business to Buy Buy Baby! Unless of course you enjoy ghetto people and a dirty store
Poor customer service. Each time I went the workers were very rude. I had much more pleasant experiences in the Buybuy Baby store down the block. They were mean when ever I asked about a coupon or discounted item and on one experience the cashier was so upset I asked about one item that she did not bag any of my items or help with a very big and heavy box. After I paid she left the register... If you have another option don't go to this store
Most of the time I have great experience here. They helped me with the things that online people can not help. But sometimes when I was in Babies"R"Us I was lectured, talked down to, and walked all over the store with no results.
If you're an expecting parent, you might frequent this place a lot. I've been a few times and each time was different but generally the staff are nice and helpful, things are organized and easy to find.
