I really do adore Bounce U! I've sent my nephew's and nieces there. Knowing that they were safe! You can drop them off and they will have so much fun! At the end of the day BounceU has locked door security they got it all nobody's getting in to take your kids! I could promise you that! You actually can drop your kids off and leave them there and come back and your kids are safe!

My daughter loves it and always has fun but it's so dusty and dirty. I don't think they ever deflate the inflatables and clean them. Bring sanitizer and apply to yourself and your kids often, otherwise fun!

Stopped taking my daughter there over a year ago after Amanda left the Eatontown location. She was on top of things and had a good rapport with her staff as well as us. To my dismay she is no longer working there. Never was too happy with the bathroom being filthy and old. The place is carpeted and you can smell the mold when you walk into the building. It’s really a shame since my daughter loves this place.

Absolutely great place. Perfect for toddlers up to small children. Went for a birthday party. The staff was excellent.

I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY STORY. MY SON ATTENDED AN EVENT ON SATURDAY JULY 14TH AT BOUNCE U IN EATONTOWN, NJ CALLED PARENTS NIGHT OUT. AFTER THE EVENT WAS OVER MY SON MENTIONED TO ME THAT OTHER CHILDREN WERE KICKING AND BULLYING HIM, TO MY SURPRISE THE STAFF DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT!! I LEFT MY SON THERE IN CONFIDENCE AND TRUST THAT THERE STAFF WOULD DO THERE JOB AND SUPERVISE ALL THE CHILDREN PROPERLY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BOUNCE U AGAIN!!

Great place to take kids 2. My son had a good time. Small place but enjoyable
