Terrible. Food was cold. I purposely asked The sauce was in the bag the lady told me yes so I'm going through the bag and no there's no sauce then she has the gold to tell me there is sauce so what do I have to do pull all my food out the shower there's nothing in the bag Are you kidding me over 0.20 packet. And honestly not one of those workers wanted to be there It's pretty sad there's many of people that would want a job

This Burger King used to be great but it has slowly gone down hill for the last year. My family and I went there tonight and it was absolutely the worst trip to any Burger King we have ever had. Nothing was made to order. There was 6 or 7 Whoppers sitting in the heating rack but the drive through only had 2 cars in it and we were the line inside so who knows how long they were sitting there. I should have known better and left. Between us, we ordered 4 whopper meals, 30 chicken nuggets and a kids meal. The fries under the heat lamp were low. They were able to get all but 1 of our fries out of it. While they were waiting for new fries, our food sat in a bag on the counter for 4 or 5 minutes. We gave my daughter a chicken nugget as we left the parking lot and it was cold. We picked at a few fries on the way home and they were warm but had a cardboard texture to them and did not taste good. When we got home (5 or 6 minutes later), the fries and chicken nuggets were all cold so we put them in the air fryer. It heated them and crisped them up but did nothing to make any of it taste good. We ordered 2 Dr Peppers and 2 cokes, they were all almost all seltzer. We wound up dumping them down the sink. What a waste of time and money. I told my son he has to find a new favorite place because we were never going to another Burger King again.
A whopper is one of my weekness's. I love that I can buys two for 6 and change. This is a well run burger king with tables outside also. Set up for social distancing. Staff is competent and quick.
