Food was good ... however they didn't get my order right and sandwiches were squashed. I ordered the deluxe spicy chicken and got the standard. The only saving grace was they didn't charge me for the deluxe. They also stuffed everything in a small bag and had to ask for a bigger bag. When I got home my sandwiches where squashed but they did taste good. Make sure you check the order was correct before you leave.
Kids love the food but they need help fulfilling orders. One star off for 40 minutes from waiting on line to getting food.
They should have a better plan to get mobile orders out faster than if someone walked up to order. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online
This is the first time in 10 years that I have eaten here and it was disappointing. The service was great but the food was less than adequate. We had ordered 2 eight-piece chicken nuggets and medium fries. The chicken was dry and chewy and the fries were not hot. And the fact is it wasn't busy at all. I had remembered juicy nuggets and hot fries.
I dont know what is it but those chiken sandwiches are amazing!!!! They have a great system going on since inside dining is limited.
Always busy but service is pretty fast. They also deliver in the mall which makes life easy for us employees.
The line is the length of the whole food court and they only have one register open, I’ve been 3rd in line for 20 minutes. They need to get this under control. They lost my order as well and had to remake it after another 20 minutes of standing here. Changing from two stars to one, wish i could give 0. Last time getting food from here.
