Great service! I spent no longer then 20minutes there. They also thoroughly disinfected the equipment right in front of you.They put you through several machines to scan your eyes which made it easy for the doctor to give you a quick and accurate "diagnosis". He was honest with me too which I deeply appreciated as I have been to an eye doctor that just wanted my money. I left not having to buy glasses since the prescription would be extremely low anyway. Definitely going to continue going there for yearly eye exams!

I scheduled an eye exam for 10/22 over a week in advance, and had 2 separate automated services ask me to confirm my appointment. I did so, and then received a call on 10/21 saying my appointment is cancelled that the doctor isn't available. I went back online to re-book, and had several weekday options available. Figured I'd call in to play it safe, and I went to book Mon 11/2. They said only Sundays are available for the foreseeable future, and it's been that way for quite a bit of time. The website needs to be updated because had I not called in, I'd have scheduled 11/2 and would have received a call on 11/1 telling me it was cancelled. Sundays only is fine if that's all they can do, but advertise accordingly. I'm now weeks behind when I wanted to have my exam by, and I need to find a new examination center/doctor because their website is not accurate. Heads up that they're only around on Sundays, and their website is not a good way to schedule.

Terrible office management. My husband had an appointment scheduled for 10am this morning. We drove a half hour in the rain, arrived in the parking lot, called the office just to ask where their location was inside the mall. That's when we found out that the doctor wasn't in and our appointment was cancelled. No apologies, rep was actually rude. How can the office staff not bother to put calls out to scheduled patients to cancel if the doctor has an emergency or is not in? Glad it happened, definitely not an office we would want to deal with anyway.
