And I had asked her again after waiting another 10 minutes how long it would take she said well I'll just close up and go home now never did get to go in she could not give me any kind of timeframe Her name was kelly. Unbelievably rude

you go to the store buy a pair of glasses then they offer you another one and say you have a discount on the second one, so far very good there you choose another one of a certain value but it is not good there back to exchange there you can not choose another one of the same value and yes of the value that would be the discount, a 215.00 glasses with the purchase discount more than one left for 75.00 the right in the exchange would be to be able to choose another one until 215.00 because if it had been bought only one would have paid this value now in exchange if I get one of the same value I have to pay 140.00 the worst customer service.
